Standard Return Criteria
In the event you're not satisfied with your purchase,the items with the quality issue ,please email firstname.lastname@example.org and Please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs or the videos clearly showing any issues related to the item. If it is our fault, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise as well as shipping fees.and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded.
You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 7 days of the date the product was delivered. Products that have been used are not eligible for return .
If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items .If you are ineligible for return, you still will get an applicable warranty.
For Refusing Delivery
Any customer who refuses delivery of an undamaged product will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the order (including original and return shipping charges). The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties. If for the customs duties reason refusing delivery ,We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
For Size or Fit Issues
The sizes are illustrated with specific measurements in the detailed specifications. Please check the specifications before you place an order. If you buy the wrong size, the returning shipping fee will be on your own cost. Items with an actual measured size of at least 2 cm larger or smaller than the size chart on our website are considered to be allowable. Please send the clear pictures to show the correct size of the item(s) received. Errors of less than 2 cm are not grounded for a refund.
For Color Mismatch
Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
For the item not as described
If the item(s) differs greatly from the specifications or the descriptions on our website, Please provide our Customer Service with photographs or the videos clearly showing any issues related to the item. We will also take responsibility if it is our fault.
For the item which you do not want
You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item(s) involved. However, the returning shipping fee will be on your own cost.
For the item returned to the wrong address
We have only one returning address. So if you return the item(s) to the wrong address without our permission, you are not expected to ask for the refund for the returning package(s).Please contact with our Customer Service before you return
Warranty & Maintenance:
We offer the 1-month free replacement. Buyers may request for a replacement within 15 days from your receipt of the product. The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return.
We also provide 12-month free maintenance. The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return. If any part is required to be replaced, the buyer should also pay for the costs of the parts to be replaced.
Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistics method with us. After you give the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
