1. What is Lovelyshoes.net? Lovelyshoes.net is an online ladies shoes and handbag fashion wholesale channel. We are formally and legelly registried as a private company in China, and have recieved business licence from China government. Purchase at Lovelyshoes.net indicates safe and well-managed trading.

3. How can i view my orders placed before?
you can do this steps:

b,click my order in the left navigation bar.
c,click to open the order you placed before.
4. How can i change my order?
If you have already submit the order,just contact us to change it.our service stuff will change it for you.
5. Do you have any minimum quantities or order amount requirements?
Yes, our min. order is US$100 (not including shipping).
6. How is the quality of your products?
Our product quality is good relative to our wholesale prices. 90% of our products are same as photos, which are shoot by cameraman of our company, and other 10% is from fashion magazines. Our products are suitable for competitive-priced, non-high-ended market. Suggested selling prices are listed in below question.
You are welcome to place a trail order to see if our products are suitable for your market, before mass shipment.
7. Do you have a paper catalogue?
As all of our styles are shown on the web, and goods stock level changes everyday, we regard our online shopping cart as our catalogue. We do not issue paper catalogue.
8. How often do you add new styles to your line?
We update about 200 styles per month. Our goal is to bring all the latest fashions and trends to retailers with the speed and ease of e-business. Thats why our selection is so dynamic.
9. Are the wholesale prices displayed bundle or unit prices?
Prices displayed are single unit wholesale prices.

11. What would be the suggested retail price (M.S.R.P.) of your merchandise?
The regular mark up can range from 50% up to 300% of the wholesale price. You could purchase a fashion handbag for $15.00 and sell it for $75.00 (400% mark up) and you probably should not sell it under $22.5 (50% mark up).
** Retial prices differ depends on countries /locations /your price strategy /targeted markets. Eg. some of our clothes are retailing at:
- US$80 in Lalaport, Tokyo Japan.
- US$25 in online shop from Thailand.
12. How is your sizing, do you carry special sizes, are these junior sizes?
Usually the size for choosing is Chinese size. but there's size chart for you to transform Chinese size to US size,UK or Australia size ,etc.To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a link to our Size chart.
13. How to specify sizes when I Checkout?
There will have clear size information shown at products description.Just choose the size you perfer,then add to cart.
14. Is your merchandise used or irregular?
No, we provide our customers with wearable quality of merchandise none of our fashions are irregulars or seconds.
15. What about returns and exchanges?
We have a well-estiblished compensation system for unmendable defective /missing /wrong items, full detail can be found in our Purchase Guidelines. Due to international shpping cost, we do not offer direct return of goods as it is not an economic solution, instead, we offer credits for unmendable defective items.
16. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal / Moneybookers / Credit Card / Western Union / MoneyGram (similar to Bank transfer,but more convenient). You may see the details in Purchase Guidelines.
17. What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rate is counted by China EMS (international Express) ,Especial line or TNT , base on parcel weight. You may see the details in Shipping Rate Chart.
18. Why the shipping rate for my order so high /low?
Shipping rate is based on parcle weight. You will discover that ordering the same amount of fall/spring/winter styles, the total shipping fee will be higher than that of Summer styles. It is because of heavier Winter clothes than Summer clothes, which leads to higher shipping fee.
19. Is there any extra charge ordering from you?
We would not place any extra charges other than items actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping fee, to enable shipment. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment.But we pay insurance fee to EMS to protect the packages from losing or damaging.Also we'll try our best to help our clients avoiding taxes of custom.
20. Is all your merchandise immediately available?
All styles in our site are available when we upload it.But we sell more than 1000pcs per day, so part of the styles will be not enough ready stocks.Then we'll take about 3 days to get it from factory.
We have our own factory,but can't manage to produce so many nearly 800 styles. so we have several cooperation factoires. We are long-term partners.
21. How long will it take to get my order?
We will check stock and package when we have recieved your full payment. This process will takes about 4 days.
22. How about if there is out stock items?
As stocks level is changing every hour, there may have potentially 5% of goods waiting for re-stock or just outstocked every hour, our CS will describe to you in detail, and let you decide wheather you would like wait or exchange for another style to enable faster postage. All excess payment/ excess shipping fee/ price difference would be credited to your member account for latter using .If you want,we can also refund to your paypal account.
23. Do you serve special manufacturing orders? Personalized options?
